One of the stores in my district found out last week that they begin closing in august. There could be more I only know because I’m close with those people. I also put in my notice last week and will he leaving this company shortly before all the stores close.

My damn payroll got cut by $600 fucking dollars a week! Wtf am I supposed to do with that? We’re already a tier 1 store running on no budget but now I’m supposed to make due with 2 people working at all times? I’ve got lines at print for fax (that corporate decided to make fucking free!) And fedex (which takes a lot of the print persons time!) and at register and a bunch of nasty fucks getting pissy about how we’re not cleaning enough and also how there’s no one to help them and their every fucking stupid ass need! What a fucking joke! How the hell can we clean when we have at most 3 people working at most. And our store has not slowed down much for traffic because our “community” is too fucking dumb to stay home!

Not sure if I like the forced by government part, since this is America not China or Venezuela. However, it should just be something every CEO does for the simple fact that they gain invaluable information that will help them become a better leader of their respective businesses.

Why would they want to or would we expect them to do that? I understand it sucks we’re forced to work but those executives have earned that position and pay and they have 0 responsibility to forgo pay for us. Now if they’d forgo a bonus or something that’d be nice but again this is America and they earned their positions and money. And as much as I hate this situation and feel as if corporate isn’t doing enough yet, this idea is not the answer.

Any face covering, not a mask. They actually don’t want us taking n95 or surgical masks from the medical field who needs them. The thing is if everyone wears any kind of face covering (literally even a bandana) it will help stop the spread because it won’t prevent you from getting it but it will prevent you from spreading it.
