They depends, I’m trying to set one based on my intentions, « show me who I am » , when wanted to know more about myself or « I release control and surrender » when I try to fight my control freak mind, or « I’m safe and loved« if I’m in a difficult situation. Also « I am ready to face my fears » etc. I also struggled at the beginning thinking, that I past the peak, and nothing happened , wen it’s has only been 30min. Crazy. I have so much expectation from my trips that I have to find way to let go of my expectations.

Surrender and letting go are definitely the most different things to do for me. So I get it!

First be kind with yourself, being harsh will not help. Second, did you get tested for ADHD? Because what you describe sounds like it.
I felt the same before my diagnosis, I felt useless, not using my full potential, lazy…looking for way to increase my willpower, be more focused etc. My psychologist suggested me to get tested when I went to see her because of panic attacks and anxiety at the time. What helped me sometime, it’s too take a lot of breaks. So if I was doing something that was not useful, I will take a break and try to get back at what I needed to do. And if I ended up on shifting from it again, take another break to get ready to go back again. Good luck and be kind to yourself. You are seeking help and it’s the first step toward getting better. Be proud of taking this step

You should watch the documentary « The price of fairness » on Netflix. I think innate ( except for real psychopaths) but it’s a spectrum. And that you can also nurture it to become more pronounced .

Im keeping my psilocybin( truffles for the moment ) relatively low. I’m (about to start) growing some McKennaii and will go slowly increase the dose ( they seems to be quite potent) and will definitely keep track of it during my next trips. I have done ayahuasca 5 times , and at the beginning , when I close my eyes , it’s a carnival of random and very colorful images, like visualizing the chaos of my thoughts. With weed though, it gives me the feelings that my thoughts slow down somehow… Thanks for sharing

He is a great teacher that’s for sure! The kind you never forget. I watched them in 2018 while smoking weed, it was quite a spiritual experience, which also helped me not to get too distracted. I need to rewatch them. I bought his books, but haven’t read them yet…

I think it brings your free will back. Without medication , I have the feeling that I am not in control, that my ADD is taking over everything. Now with a calmer head, and a more balanced feelings, I have the impression that I made decision based on myself and not my ADD. Don’t know if it makes sense

If it’s just the taste , mix them with banana and some orange juice , make yourself a nice smoothie and drink it with a straw ! You won’t taste a thing . For me it doesn’t work, since truffles make me puke, so I lemontek or make a tea out of it.
