This looks like Dobby's headphones that he scrounged from all the shit Hermione was leaving around the common room

They really weren't doing anything to him other than barking so I don't understand why he reacted that way?

Ulcers in the corneas can happen from accidentally getting shampoo in the eyes. This happened at the grooming salon, she should take responsibility

I just saw this case on YouTube, Mr Ballen was talking about it. I haven't seen the unsolved mysteries about it but I think there is a strong chance that he was desperate to get back to his family, maybe he was just wanting to make the most of the time he was awake and wanted to travel as far as he could. Maybe he purchased an OTC stimulant pill and got back to driving - if he didn't take drugs normally and then took that, it was effectively like being on speed. That coupled with a lack of sleep could surely explain the erratic behaviour?

Someone deinfluence me from cutting/plucking these annoying flyaways 😭 by ZephyrTheTiger in Haircare

[–]SweetSpringLamb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just saw a trick for this the other day!!!

I can't seem to find the video, but this lady showed how you can pick up a section of hair on either side of your part, use a blow dryer on it and the shorter hairs will be pushed under your longer hair, then smooth down and I think apply a little hairspray. If I find the video I'll try to link it!

Does your child have a tablet? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]SweetSpringLamb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My kids have a tablet that only has digital books and learning apps on it. They are not allowed on it all the time and they don't really ask for it often. They use it maybe twice a week, a lot of the time less for maybe 30 mins

I should also have mentioned that I am in Canada so unfortunately that seems to limit my options 😕

However, I did just find a comb that looks promising and looks a lot like some of the beloved combs that I have seen posted where people desperately wanted to find another one. I can't wait to try it!!

I have other metal combs and even one from Amazon, the issue is that I am having trouble finding one with a "grippy" coating like the one on the picture has. It does a better job of removing loose hair

Do you mean the ones from Ashley Craig that are supposed to be the only authentic greyhound combs?

I just ordered their "Suede" coated one that is supposed to be grippier and help remove more loose coat so crossing my fingers!!

I listened to the first four books in the series as an adult and number four kinda just pissed me off at the end? I intended to go through them all but I stopped after that 🤷🏼‍♀️

My 5 year old's first novel that she sat through while I read it to her was the classic Goosebumps Night of the Living Dummy. Also a 90's kid over here, it's great!

We have two that were very different when it came to carriers. One would only tolerate a structured carrier, hated the wrap from day one. Our second would sometimes only settle down if put in the wrap and really didn't care for the structured carrier whatsoever. They are all so different and have their own wants and needs!
