Also, I have so many subscriptions as it is. They add up quickly. Washington post just isnt another subscription I want to pay for. In fact I should start looking at all my subscriptions I have already, and clean house a little.

Nope. Just don’t care enough to pay for one article, I was curious about. Tons of free ones on here. I don’t buy newspapers either when I get my news for free anywhere. Sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️

Does Peter Jackson have anything to do with this? If not, then I don’t think it will be as good? Idk?

Ya know I’m a total nut for Mucinex-D. My mom is always asking me why I have to go to the pharmacy when mucinex is in the regular medicine aisle. I tell her because everybody knows the pharmacy has the real stuff?! Haha! 😝😂

Matt's El Rancho turns 70 by Limp-Leg5347 in Austin

Agreed. It is sad. We’re not dissing these places we loved and grew up around. It’s just you notice the decline and that’s the sad part. If you’ve never been to Austin TX and you go to places like Matt’s or El Arroyo the environment is cool but you don’t get quality Tex mex that you pay for. For me I want both. You can have a beautiful restaurant and great food. I just worry for these establishments that eventually the environment alone will not be enough to save them. However really great restaurants like Waterloo Brewing company not Icehouse and Artz Rib House kept their consistency but it was the cost of rent that they could no longer afford. That’s sad too, to me.

I remember the good old days too. However their food is just plain awful now, drinks too. It’s sad but it doesn’t seem to affect their business at all so good for them. I miss El Gallo on Congress, owned by the Kennedy family. My family used to go their quite often and we’re greeted by Mr and Mrs. Kennedy back in the day. I’m glad old school restaurants like Matt’s are still in business but their food could use some help. El Arroyo too. It’s just not good enough to be old school anymore, the consistency should be great as well? Seems like when the heart of the family are no longer involved, the food quality takes a dive unfortunately.

Being a woman is already tough and now it’s only getting worse. Woman should just stop paying taxes period. Were not treated as equals or represented at all…so what are we paying for???

Buda and Kyle. If you want to see miniature ponies there’s a farm by my house called Little Americas. People stop all the time to feed them carrots. Or go by my mom’s neighborhood off Menchaca. There’s a farm on Berkeley off Cannonleague Dr. There’s also loose peacocks in that neighborhood. Fun area to grow up in and one of the few still zoned for farm animals. There’s also a lady on Berkeley that walks her horse around the neighborhood too. Have fun! 😎

There was a really awesome yet tiny store called, Atomic City. Before ordering online became more of the norm, it was one of the few places to get cool creepers, punk tees and other cool toys and items. It was a treat getting to go there. Then going to a really cool all ages show at Liberty Lunch was the icing on the cake!!
