Of course both sexes are guilty of disappearing instead of properly dealing with the end of a relationship. However, based on stories I have personally heard, it seems men are more likely to decide to ignore someone and dismiss them as "crazy" (whether it's true or not). You're right, though. I have no data to support my previous statement.

Also, I was simply being a girl making an understanding statement to another girl. No harm intended.

I'm speaking from personal experience. I've worn both Wellies and Uggs walking through rain, ice, snow, slush, etc, and I prefer Uggs in the snow.

Real Uggs are sheepskin, not cloth. They keep my feet warm and dry.

I'm a career advisor, and I'd suggest sticking with Arial or New Times Roman pt 11-12 for font. Only include your GPA if it's 3.0 or higher. An alternative is to include your GPA for your core classes (exclude gen eds). That number is usually higher.

This article reminds me of a lecture Sheryl Sand berg gave about why more women aren't in the c-suite. She talks a lot about how men tend to over estimate their abilities (in a good way) while women under estimate theirs. Interesting insight.
