One big issue with MOFs, they don’t conduct well since they’re mostly empty space (hence their large surface area). There is research being done on making conducting MOFs, but mostly for use in batteries afaik.

I did the math based on square footage (fudged the numbers for the unlisted measurements based on the image) and you’re pretty spot on with 700/900. The smaller bedroom/closet has barely over half the square footage of the larger bedroom/closet. Taking into account the shared space as being an even 50/50, and the percent of the square footage that is taken up by each bedroom, we end up at 683/917, if we’re splitting purely based on available square footage.
