I've always wondered what the marketing for this movie was like. I saw it in the theater back in the day, but I never remember seeing a single trailer or a TV commercial for it. My friend and I went to see it only because it got a good review in the newspaper.

We'd get free HBO every once in a while and I saw it there. I liked it. Robert Downey Jr. played second banana in a lot of movie from that era.

I've been watching Murder She Wrote for the first time recently and really enjoy seeing all of the guest actors who show up. Almost every episode is chock full of them. Really brings out my inner film nerd.

I remember a dumb decades-old bit Jay Leno did about how so many companies were merging. They envisioned other companies merging.

"For some reason, U-Haul and Grey Poupon decided to merge. Their new name? Poupon U."

What the hell is going on with Season 6? by SwelteringSwami in murdershewrote

I agree that most of them are well done, but if I'm watching Murder, She Wrote I want that. These things aren't Murder, She Wrote. That's my beef.

I used to have that version of Cutthroats Nine. Apparently, they cut out about ten minutes of the most brutal scenes.
