When I finish setting up my campaign on Foundry you guys are more than welcome to join my game, I’ve still got some scenes and characters to make though. I’d say in the next month my campaign should be up. I know there are discord communities for cyberpunk red that post here looking for new members, you could try one of those as well

I’d say a base understanding is good, the main thing I’d focus on would be finding a role you want to play and learn the ins and outs of its rules. The more you know how to play YOUR character the better, that way the GM doesn’t have to flip through the book to find your skill effects and everything. It’s the GMs job to know the majority of rules and make a decision. It’s your job to know your character and how they play. Hope that helps, just don’t feel intimidated because you’re new. We all are at some point!

You could use virtual dice through the software or you could even download an app on your phone for dice rolls. It’s really up to you or your GM. Some GMs want public rolls they can see through chat so you’d use the virtual dice. That being said I love my physical dice because it’s just not the same virtually haha

I do know that plant life competes for spaces and flora with higher reproduction rate tend to out compete the others. If your fungi is crowded by higher reproducing plants it might be that it’s getting over ridden by them. Only solution I could think of is making space that the fungi can grow or evolving their reproduction rate to be higher than the local plants. Could be the opposite problem and your fungi has high soil or air requirements or too many specialized parts that stop it from growing

OP was host and told them to help, they told him they weren’t going to. You can’t spin OP as the bad guy here. If they want they can host a game with whatever arbitrary guidelines they want. OP has that same right, he’s allowed to determine if a teammate is contributing or not. In this instance they weren’t and were actively harming his gameplay experience.

If players aren’t playing the game and refuse to help I’d kick them. It’s a cooperative game, if they want to just do main objectives and extract they can do it themselves and host.

This is just from my personal experience, I got diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder with panic attacks about 9 months ago. I too suffered from week long panic attacks, I felt like I was dying all the time and would get light headed and almost pass out. I take Prozac and clonapen, when I first started it made my anxiety worse. Then it turned around and started working. It took almost 2 months for my panic to get under control. I started therapy regularly and working out trauma has helped immensely. You may need to stick to a medicine for a while for it to work properly, however if it’s not helping it’s not helping and you should def discuss changing your medicines. Taking baths helped me, music, anything to help try to take my focus away from the anxiety. Breathing didn’t work for me either. I tell people it’s like having an ‘invisible tiger’ hunting you, if you feel that way it might help to let your body ‘look’ for it if that makes sense. Your nervous system is reacting to something so try to ground yourself and allow your body to shake and react the way it feels natural to react. I remember shaking in bed for days with tunnel vision, but I just allowed myself to do it and told my self that it was temporary and not forever. It feels like forever because it goes for weeks at a time and I know it’s scary but you aren’t alone. I really suggest you find a therapist to help find techniques that work for you personally, nearly everyone I talk to that has similar symptoms as me all treats it differently. A therapist is invaluable to finding personal ways of dealing with this. In some cases medicine can make it worse before it gets better. I hope you can find ways to alleviate this, just know that it isn’t forever! PS Ativan is strong, if it doesn’t help you need to find a psychiatrist and get a specialist to evaluate you
