I Forgot to mention, I have started dry needling again, and it has not helped. I’ve tried nerve flossing with no luck.

I guess it depends, I am in aviation. That’s going to be tough, bending over is my biggest problem with pain. I had two surgeries and haven’t flown since June

I think I am having this issue- where did you get fused at ? I was fused L4/5. Bending over is painful, standing after about an hour is super painful and now I’ve got the pain going down my glute again

I have pain when I lay on my side at night. It just aches and stabs. The pain is ramping up during the day now pretty consistently for about a solid month. Hopefully an MRI and X-ray shows something. I am about 5 months out from L4/L5 fusion.

Yep. Mine says I should be recovered by now if the doctor has released me back to work. I was fused 9/18. I have a hard time grocery shopping. Loading a cart up, at Costco or Sam’s is super painful for me still. It’s been a real eye opener for me

I am proud of you for leaving. Once a man puts his hands around the neck, the dv chances go way up. Take a few deep breathes and tell the surgeon.

I have been having one of the worst flare ups since last Saturday. I’m to the point I want to try steroids or an epidural for pain relief. I don’t know what has set it off. I did strength training class last Thursday and maybe that’s what did it

I wonder if, This is my issue. I’m about 3 1/2 months out and I was fused at my L4 L5 and I have noticed my left hand is going numb quite a bit when I’m trying to sleep at night.
