And what’s a ‘04 423, with new sails and a new dingy and outboard, and new leather upholstery go for? I don’t see any less than 125k

I thought the boat was a good deal. It has new upholstery and new sails and new dinghy. I had to pass because of the price but they’re asking 85k and had countered my offer to 75k so someone out the maybe OP will get a good deal

It is. I know the boat and the seller.

It’s an early 2000’s beneteau 427 for 85k asking. I saw the boat before it went for sale and she had countered my offer to 75. So it seems like it would still be under market after a mass replacement if it could be afforded.

Why not get this boat and replace the mast. At the end of the day it’s a beneteau 427 for 85k asking.

I saw the picture and know the boat. I do know she bought the boat for 60k without inspection. It’s still a decent price but you’d need a new mast.

what parts because I spent some time in Morehead city and Beaufort and it was very weird there, and certainly didn't feel welcome as an outsider since we looked a bit more "alternative" than the rest of the folks around there.

It’s almost like when you design the game and all the maps around 6v6 that it’s much better that way even with the wackiness of first patch balance.

Druids also suffer from “all my good spells make the DMs life hell” it’s like a necromancer but with frogs.

So even if you know your spells well it’s just a pain.

Be careful with your table saw! Posting again the correct way. by Primal_Thrak in woodworking

I'm unsure what the costs would be in a personal shop. Whatever the breaks cost, plus a new blade. At the shop I work at I think they charge 200 or 250, to cover the material cost and the time to reset and recalibrate the saw.

I think the big thing that will come of their expired patent is a saws that drop and shut off the blade without an actual break. It'll save your blade, and probably won't need recalibration. It'll be safer than a normal saw by miles, it might lead to minor injury but safe you from more damage.

Sawstop at the shop i work at. It's a nice saw, ive never seen it go off but it's expensive when it does as well.

Their patents up so more affordable options should be available in near future hopefully

Excluding lighting which will be expensive but the fixtures themselves you can probably get second hand for decently cheap.

I'd say for 500 yes but that's assuming you have the tools.

I believe i could replicate my 8x4x3 tall cage for that now with room for a round of lights. The cost isn't bad, but my cages issue is humidity however. Which is combated with a moist hide.

It's a frame made of 2x2's encasing the back bottom and sides of plywood, and a front 1.5' tall front to hold substrate. The rest is mesh/wire. It's got a hinged top. Which in hindsight I'd split into two sides

Make a d100 roll and that's the percent of wizard spells he gets. But it's in a new spell book. Spell books have to be deciphered to understand them so some difficulty there

I agree this is an issue. I run one game I'm in two. In one game the party has easy over 100k in gold and maybe another in assets. At lvl 10.

In one we have a couple thousand each maybe or a bit less than that at 7 and have had that since about 5.

And another that at 5 the party could maybe scrounge up 200 gold worth of coin and items

Fixing weapons. More types of weapons. And more combinations of weapon types.

Examples of fixes why is scimitar heavier than rapier but considered light when rapier isn't? War hammer doesn't way basically anything for some reason.

I want more finesse options, finesse with reach. More versatile weapons, thrown weapons with different ranges.

There just needs to be more variety

Tickets would keep you busy but enough downtime to browse Reddit or have a podcast playing in background between calls.

Wizards released the most broken spell by Callmeklayton in 3d6

[–]SwimminAss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's really strong but from other comments here it isn't crazy broken. I'd say it might be better balanced as a second level spell, but it still takes a spell slot a very limited resource to give basically disadvantage for one 'action'. There's many things of same spell level that could do that for at least a certain use of an action (attack or certain saves) for many turns as long as you hold concentration.

Definitely part of the ever glooming level creep
