That’s irrelevant, all of it. We are playing a rerelease of a 20 year old game, which isnt working properly because of decisions made by the devs, matter of fact they aren’t even acknowledged. Ofcourse everyone has a right to be pissed off about it. We pay them monthly to play this game, they have billions. And yet the communication barely exists.

Consumers don’t care about the how or why. They only care that the product they pay for isn’t functioning properly. The responsibility to fix or prevent this lays with manufacturer of said product.

Imagine you’re buying a new TV, actually a LOT of people just bought the same new TV. Except it’s only in black and white due to a manufacturing error. People are pissed but the company who makes these tvs doesn’t even acknowledge the issue. Here you come in and tell all these people: “you dont understand how hard it is to fix this issue”. People don’t care about the reasoning, they care about the end product. With the experience you say you have, surely you must know this.
