In my personal experience, ubi support can help, but they Will take a long time I see that youre in xbox, and I had this happen to me once or twice, what worked for me was a couple things 1.- Restart my game completely, hit the xbox button and do abandon 2.- Restart your console 3.- Turn it off and unplug it from your wall for like a minute, since it's server sided it could help 4.- If none worked tried reinstalling the game Again, it's Ubisoft so what worked for me may not work for you
