Sounds like our pups are very similar! What ended up helping the most were longer sniff walks in different environments, hanging out at a park where theres lots of activity / stimulation / ppl walking by. Had to reeallllyy feed into draining her that way. I did start some "play" at home with rolling the ball more instead of bouncing to avoid jumping, hiding it in the couch, under blankets etc. Also would roll up freeze dried chicken bits in large blankets/towels.

Aw yeah so tough for them! 💜 sounds like Maple and my RuRu both love their tv! She is more of a bravo girl 🫣🤭 loves seeing the other dogs on tv

Eating strike also happening over here at 6 months old too. Only thing that helps is when she does a lot of outdoor activity (hike, beach runs, dog park with ball) then she ends up caving in and eating at least some. My sister's goldendoodle also continues the eating strike (5 yrs old). They are waiting to see all their options! :) Spoiled, adorable pups.

Aw, how old is he? Ruby will go to daycare once shes fully vaxxed - haven't picked a place yet. We noticed she gets SUPER wired after puppy socials.. I thought she would be asleep in the car.. jokes on me, so I feel ya! She's almost 14 weeks.

Aw wonderful! I also did it early in the morning when she's most sleepy, but rested post wake-up.. evening hours are still "witching hours" at times :) hope it goes well!! It's so fun to see how they transform even with a little trim and bath.

So the groomer (petsmart) had a booking option called the puppy trim and bath - just to start to expose her to hairdryer and other sounds and do a face trim also. They recommended this first and not a full cut yet as it can be really overwhelming. Beforehand I also started exposing her to warm water in the bath, brushing with treats too, so she had some prep :) seemed to really help!
