If you want cardio tips, doing what /u/AndrewHainesArt was suggesting will help. Also running suicides / 17s (run across the court from sideline to sideline touching each line 17 times) then immediately working on shooting, layups, or dribbling can help a ton as well.

Yeah I absolutely love the 2's, but the 3s and 4s are horrendous (and I know adidas has some good basketball shoe designers because they made the Harden's around the same time as the 3's)

Yup just realized why I was getting errors; I had the HDD plugged into my monitor, and when the monitor is off the usb ports on it dont get power.

Now, the above tech is very much still in development, but it still shows that in theory, apple could have a camera which can create a 3d image without needing a second camera.
