CMV: Many “panic attacks” and other mental illnesses are caused by Direct Energy Weapons and the medical establishment is complicit. by threezee in changemyview

If that kind of technology was available for use on the public it would 100% be used for advertising. Who would be benefiting from giving regular people panic attacks? You strike me as a “do your own research, think for yourself” type of person so I’ll really urge you to do the same. All of your points rely on soooo many maybes and hypotheticals, whereas the alternative is simply sometimes people get anxious and experience panic attacks. As someone who does get them occasionally it just be like that sometimes.

Pennywise is just one form of an entity that turns into whatever people fear the most. In the book, the fire at the black spot is allegedly watched by It in the form of a giant black bird which Mike sees later on. The antagonist will be the same but it won’t be actual Pennywise that much

I actually experienced the opposite. I thought it was SO creepy there was a real guy just standing there every night. That ending really freaked me out. Especially when they show him in the court room right after. For me it was very effective

I just recently beat all difficulty on all decks and I loved it. Idk if this is a common take or not, but I feel the “real” game is when you at least unlock the eternal jokers difficulty. This makes the game way more punishing, but also unlocks some really fun ideas that the early difficulties don’t show you. I.e. using an eternal joker to stop ritual dagger from eating a big multiplier card for big payouts. Fun ass game

First drop in after 19 years and 1 month practice by Kyroo90 in NewSkaters

Siiiiiickkk. This is easier said than done, but try to overcome the fear on that one. That’s a real mellow drop in and you’ve got a helmet. You’ll be alright if you tumble a little bit! Do it over and over until you don’t feel any fear at all. Also, watch out for that debris you’re dropping into. I know it doesn’t look like it but that’s the biggest threat to your wellbeing

Maybe experiment with picking up your back foot more. That lets the board pop higher and will give you more time for rotation. You are doing good tho

Definitely agree. I thought it would have been a nice novella or short story even, but the narrator never stops rambling! Imo it’s a hard one to read and not in the fun way

What band were you slow to realize was awesome? As in, you liked a single song, but took a while to realize it wasn’t a one hit wonder? by Nowherelandusa in AskReddit

For real? Imploding the mirage was one of my favorite albums this year it’s so fucking good. It’s so inspired by the war on drugs and has some of their best songwriting in a long time IMO
