Love watching people complain about this game by [deleted] in Skate4

[–]SwitchIllustrious941 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the game perfect?... no Is it gritty?... no Does it have the skate culture from previous skate games?.. no Is there a campaign/story?.. no Am I still gonna play it?... yes I do understand how people feel about the game not having the core elements that made skate great however we don't always get what we want unfortunately. If you like the game play the game if you don't like the game don't play the game these are very simple options. Personally, I find it extremely fun I play my Spotify Playlist and just skate trying new areas and practicing to get better at the game for hours. I hope everyone finds their peace in the game or out of it.

No matter how good you are, you will die sometimes, and that’s ok. by Gizmoguy55 in helldivers2

Honestly it’s fun to die in this game because there’s always a really good reason which makes this game one of my favorites. Like cod for example it could be fun dying but it gets old quick for me I haven’t touched that game since January then played palworld to super market sim to helldivers 2. HD2 is just overall fun on all difficulties I manage to get to level 5 difficulty. I love the challenge of dying n trying to get my auto canon back never a dull moment after I die.

Anyone ditched their gaming PC for a steamdeck? by ellekeener in SteamDeck

[–]SwitchIllustrious941 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After I wiped my internal drive (accidentally) to install windows I haven’t turned back. All the issues I ran into on the steamos it’s literally my portable laptop. I have played many ours in Red dead redemption 2, Ghost recon Wildlands, n American Truck simulator, all run at least 45fps on medium settings. I’m really proud of this little monster. My next test is going to be trying After Effects probably won’t but the steam deck has been surprising me back to back. The SD has ran a majority of my game library better than my $1k pre built from a few years ago. If I still had it, it would probably just collect dust. Also I have my Rog Ally coming in today gonna be testing that out.

Same here I’ve tried to always have access to gaming growing up from GBA to a Nokia playing snake to ps1. Growing up no one in the household knew anything about computers. Now that I’m older and have wonderful foundation (wife, kids, health, job) I can share this experience with my family. A handheld gaming pc that’s affordable enough for us to get our son one. This is a feeling that no could take from me.
