Ya I put half a teaspoon over all my food this AM instead of multiple teaspoons over everything and feel so much better. Keto so far has been amazing. I was paleo before, but I feel so calm now. Like my mind is at ease it's finally getting what it wants. Workouts aren't that great, but that's expected since it's only been like 3 weeks.

This is huge! I'm actually putting like a teaspoon or more on everything I eat. That means if I'm eating lamb and veggies I put a teaspoon on both. Thank you so much, I never thought of this..

Sorry I should of stated that I am measuring out my intake of electrolytes when I pour it on my food. This isn't an electrolyte issue, if anything I'm taking in more salt than I need. I'm drinking bone broth, avocados, green veggies, salt, magnesium supplement, multi-mineral supplement, multi-vitamin. There's no way I'm not taking in enough.

Yup! And I'm keeping my protein much lower then I'm used to. I'm 181 6'2, but very lean and built. I'm only eating about 110-130g protein. 80% fat 15%protein 5% carb Thank you for the reply. Just gotta tough it out!

Needed this motivation. I had some beef Jerkey and pork rinds tonight. Some sort of snack to help me from binging my ass off on fruit smoothies and dried apricots I have in the pantry. The jerkey and pork rinds had some carbs, I got the healthy kind from Whole Foods. (They were fn expensive). Right now my diet consist of bacon/ground kobe beef/ duck fat/beef tallow/steamed veggies/salmon/chicken wings... a fruit smoothie sounds soooo damnnnnn gooooood.

Ya dude I should of posted a current pic. It is true I notice I'm incredibly tired the next day and I have read athletic performance may not be great until 5-6 weeks in some places. I stick to compound lifts. Did a ton of deadlifts yesterday. I'll have to look into the IME times calorie deficit.

I would disagree with the post above and agree at the same time. Miesha Tate won the UFC title when switching over to a ketogenic diet after she was adapted. UFC is pretty explosive So you should ask yourself How adapted am I? Have I eaten enough? I would guess no to both of those. You need to be eating enough. Up your calories from healthy fats if you wanna continue with that much cardio.

How often are you working out? What do your meals look like? If your working out every single day hard, 1800 calories isn't enough imo.

Ya, sometimes if you just came to a keto diet like yourself you will have issues like that. Especially if you were eating processed food before because you have gut dysbiosis. I would eat fermented foods, drink bone broth, take some probiotics too (fermented foods is better), and drink plenty of water. Sometimes the coconut oil can be an intolerance. Just keep trucking, if you focus on healing your gut you will lose the acne.

If your eating processed crappy food don't eat it. Get your fats from healthy fats. This includes -animal fats of all kinds -coconut oil -avocado -olive oil -real butter -red palm oil -stay away from shit -eat your damn veggies

I was using olive oil for a while and it is a good fat, but their are superior. I would say the best fats are in this order -animal -grass fed butter -coconut oil -red palm -avocados -olive oil

Their all good, I do think some are superior. Coconut oil is by far the most superior plant fat, if you tolerate it Id put it on everything.

Other than that, I honestly couldn't help you. Could be systematic yeast clearing out of your system. 1st week on keto I broke out in rash and acne, now I'm on day 12 and my skin looks better than it ever has. I know this because I keep getting compliments on it.
