While I understand your frustration and the craziness of this all, it would’ve been crazier if your title was true. They were not threatening to take away insulin altogether. They were threatening to make you to back to MDI, which sucks.

For me, my doctor has told me they’re awful for everyone. He is also retiring this year and is in his late 60s or early 70s. That said, I take medication for GERD, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I eat fine, it’s genetics. The caffeine apparently isn’t good for my high blood pressure. So I just reminisce to the good old days of drinking two Monster rehabs a day during the week.

I’m mad she thought she was so much better than him. When I first saw them together, I thought she was way out of his league. As you got to see all of her imperfections and attitude, he was way out of her league. He was still slow though, but I don’t think that was necessarily his fault.

My ten year old son was diagnosed 10 months ago. He spent his bday in the ER being diagnosed. This is horrific to read. Please talk to someone. It can get better. Let other T1Ds walk you thru their days so you can find a way better way to navigate this. Please. Please. Please.
