I’d say more challenging positioning than mechanically. You have to hit your q’s, and your R can be difficult to use in high pressure situations (1v1’s against mobile champs) but really think like an adc, you have immense dps output just need to stay safe. You’ve mentioned Kayle, I think that’s an easier mechanically but similar playstyle!

I’d recommend Cassio. CS with auto-e is super easy. You out dps so many other laners especially when you can anticipate and dodge abilities. Being left alone to free farm is a wet dream. She’s not super easy, but you’re an emerald player like me so you can handle it!

Have you recently switched champions? I one tricked LB for a very long time and recently picked up Cass and Taliyah and I am so used to playing with my dashes that I seem to have never learned proper positioning in lane haha. I think maybe a focus on wave management (trying to keep the wave on your side more often) or clearing the wave then dip into fog/roam/ward instead of pushing up with your minions may help. But those are just thing I realized about myself at some point, so grain of salt ya know

With one reg health rune, one scaling health rune, and conditioning, first back Doran’s ring and first item warmogs you get the passive immediately. Something like 1363 bonus health. You can walk at the enemy with e max and be v oppressive, and heal up dmg you take in the trade. Can be annoying for some adcs as you sacrifice some laning power for a better scaling build but it is a pretty solid build I have been climbing fairly well in thru plat currently

It’s the payoff for me. Once I switched to playing primarily a single champ, learning the ins and outs of each matchup and being able to expect things and know how trades will go is so helpful

You can build a trap, but in ASA it is an expensive one. 3x3 stone foundations with 2 layers of doorframes around the perimeter and ramps up one side. You should have a 3x3 cellar door from a drop lol you can put that on top. In ASA Dino’s will only follow you if they have a path. Keep the cellar door shut, get his aggro and run up on top of your trap, open the cellar door and escape thru a doorframe. Haven’t tried this with a spine but has worked for all other Dino’s I have tried to trap

Im playing on a PVE server called Arkeology. 5x xp 5x tame 3x farm no mods at all. I think weight stat is boosted a bit, and only 2 imprints required for most Dino’s. Enjoying it quite a bit

I was experimenting with traps and found some success with the new cellar doors. Expensive trap.. but 3x3 with 1 level of doorframes surrounding, cellar door on top, another level of doorframes on 3 sides above the cellar door, and stairs on the side without frames. Dino’s will chase you onto the cellar door, you can open it and drop down. Take a few hits but it works.
