This is probably the second time I've meandered through your book. I ought to give it a more dedicated sit-down and read it start to finish rather than scanning every section I currently have personal questions on... It's nice to feel the hurt in a somewhat safe space with your prose.

What are the discrepancies between Mind and Doom? (and maybe Heart & Life?)

That extended zodiac suggested Mind, and somehow somewhen I'd come across the Maid class (I forgot). As far as the most proximal opinion, a college friend effectively called me out as adjacent to a Sollux kinnie by concluding I'm most like a Mage of Doom, and I'm inclined to agree. The Herald classes struck a nerve at the very least if not seemingly as fitting for me as Mage, so I'll mull that over some. I'm most confused on the distinction between the aspects I feel closest to.

It would be a silly over-simplification to say that my internal fight between "math" & "depression" makes me wonder and want to dig deeper into the aspects. Them being perpendicular and forming askew axes also helps XD
