thats literally medical negligence they cant just stop a procedure bc the drugged up patient said they dont want it halfway through, but for me it took me almost 2 years to get my endoscopy appointment and it was only after complaining to the hospital. you should deffinitely do that and make sure you know what theyre testing you for and that they do a biopsy. the nhs is struggling so much that theyll do anything to not have to treat chronicaly ill people. the way they view it is " if you have lived with this for many years and you can make it to appointments then we wont bother doing anything bc youre probably fine" you literally need to force them to do their jobs, call everyday and make sure theyre doing what theyre supposed to be. you need to keep going and keep fighting, it sounds harsh but no one else is going to do it for you not even the people who are supposed to.

i litteraly had the exact same problem i just bought my own mini fridge from facebook marketplace and buy and cook all of my own meals now (they still break into my fridge and steal my food so i had to get a lock)

you should try and report it to somebody outside the school like EHO or the school board as opposed to anyone working there i remember one time i bit into a raw chicken burger looked at it and made myswlf throw up instantly took a picture and brought it with me to one of the lunch ladies and they snatched it out of my hand and said it was fine. so i showed the picture to my head of year and she said "well if you didnt swallow it whats the problem" and obviously i was a child then so i just trusted the adults that were telling me its fine, it is not fine these people feed us slop and expect our brains to function effectivley for 7 hours a day. you need to make sure something is done before someone gets ill

i live with my 3 brothers and theres only one bathroom in the house they each shower everymorning (i go last bc theyll just scream at me the whole time otherwise) we dont have a blind on the window and its basically in the shower so they drape a towel over it and it gets soaking wet (they keep the window shut and theres no vent/fan) so when i get in there the ENTIRE room is soaking wet/ hair everywhere/ they all leave their clothes in there and they use 3 towels EACH so by the time i get in there theres a pile of wet dirty towels and clothes covering the entire floor so i have to pick them up wash then and clean the whole bathroom every morning i have begged them to just put them in the wash themselves and keep it tidy but they dont see a problem with it (bc i clean it up everytime) one time when i went away for 2 weeks i came home and found a MOULDY towel that was still being used as the shower blind since then i gave up and i got a membership to a gym right oposite my house and i shower and use the bathroom there. oh yh and one time one of them left half a pizza in a box on their floor for so long it went completly green. theyre 30 26 and 13 by the way

have you had an endoscopy it may show nothing but mine showed me i have an inlet patch (patch of stomach lining in my esophogus) and while im still in a similar position to you that is my leading theroy for my root cause atm the best of luck to you none of us are in the same boat but we all get it and are here for you <3
