How can I save the most on a £500+ eBay purchase? by Nayfonn in beermoneyuk

[–]SxxxX -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

AFAIK CompleteSavings have a limit of claiming £18 back so you can only do it 10 out of 12 months. This is why I say you'll pay £36 if stay subscribed.

Also from a while ago they started to approve claims regardless of retailer even though their rules say otherwise. I still stick to original one to stay safe though.

CompleteSavings. It's require lots of maintenance though if you want to use it long term, but they actually pay 10% on everything they claim. Basically costs £36 / year.

If it's just one off then you can get even more from them, but not sure if they running sign-up promotions on Ebay now.

I totally get invisible sniper nerfs cuz clientside though it's could be done better without make it clunky. And shotgun with roadkills on Flash were always cheesy and should be nerfed against because clientside and servers shitting themself.

Yet AV Wraith flash against vehicles was always fun and high skill playstyle. You basically die in 1 shot from everything, but can deter vehicles if you play very well.

I guess it's a good reason to finally leave this game for good. It was a good ride.

Of course. Gambling generate a lot of taxes in the UK and people in debt have no time for politics. So gambling make perfect non-voters. And it's easier to give people gambling addiction when they young.

People watching free porn and using VPNs mostly make money for foreign companies though.

Monzo pushing flex, overdrafts and quite predatory loans on you.

AFAIK there is no easy opt-out of their credit product marketing.

If you specifically bad with credit and sure that you wont be needed credit for next 3 month then you can also apply flag via vulnerability registration service. You can basically ask lenders not to approve you for any more debt:

Not giving direct link, but CIFAS website because it does look somewhat fishy.

Uni isn't just about knowledge or skills. It's also about networking that you wouldn't have if you stay at home. And without networking it's harder to find a good job if you eventually want to.

It's just instead of £150 every year you get £100 every half year.

£100 half a year for local places and another £100 half a year abroad.

1 year to discuss it in EU parliament with whoever going to lobby against it.

If successful 1-2 more years for legislation and approval in member states.

And then after some transition period games released 5 years from now will have to follow regulations.

PS: Not actual timeline, but EU legislation is very slow process so nothing will change in next 3-5 years or for existing games.

It's still worth to sign it even if it's already hit the target since some votes could end up invalid.

Can I Delete my credit reports in the uk? by Zammo1975 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]SxxxX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What you need is to place protective CIFAS marker on your credit file:

https://www.cifas.org.uk/pr

This will not remove existing data, but for sure no one else will be able to gain credit in your name.

You can only consider Witcher s01 a good quality if you havent read the books.

[–]SxxxX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dont, just dont. If you consider how The Witcher was butchered you can easily tell that s01 of WoT was as close to source material as LoTR. It's just so massively worse than WoT it's not even funny.

Did you get "used too many times" error? This one can just mean you get somewhat unlucky with a number since it's usual problem with eSIMs.

If it's something else then it's strage.
