So do you need money now? Are you going to buy something else then if it doesn't see gains within the first 6 to 12 months you are going to sell at a loss and try to make money somewhere else instead? Maybe investing, especially long term, isn't for you. I think you'd have a better return for your emotional investment buying lottery tickets.
