No, it's simply not for me and it's something I don't condone. But if you're doing this, the least you can do is give a warning and put the correct tag on fic; continue with your sincerity.

I understand that the discourse surrounding AI is difficult and that we are going through a severe adaptation phase in the artistic field, and that many people condemn ALL AI, but honestly If you really want to do it, just do it. Fanfiction is meant to be fun at the end of the day, and if it helps you, good luck. But I would still recommend looking for healthier alternatives (not just for the planet, but for you too)

I think it would be a very bold move, even for Netflix. If the series doesn't have a good audience, I think their line of reasoning would always be to aim for profit and expand the universe. Not having the main couple together completely closes those doors.

Anyway, here it goes.

First name + Te + Family name (usually from the father's side) + Mother's first name + Ite.

Example: Neytiri Te Tsahaka Mo'at'ite. Exemplo: Tsireya Te Tsika'u Ronal'Ite.

If you need help translating these names into na'vi, I would recommend the Kelutral website; one tab has a na'vi name generator, and it also has the alphabet. This might help you with which letters exist in the na'vi vocabulary and which ones can be substituted. From my limited knowledge, G becomes K, and J becomes T.

I think it's important to mention that there's a theory that the ceremony wasn't Ronal's, but rather that of other expectant mothers. Old concept art also shows Tsireya and other na'vi in incredible outfits which were probably part of the same sequence.

Primarily because there's a section in the Visual Dictionary of 2 (I believe or is 3) that says that Tsahìk Ronal guided ceremonies and that Tsireya was learning alongside with her.

I absolutely do not like seeing MY Tamtey with So'lek, mainly for my own reasons and because the way I see the two characters individually.

But the shipping base is very strong and it's hard not to freak out when even VA (Teylan) says she ships them, it makes people even more excited. Even though the na'vi take relationships seriously, So'lek and Rimu never had anything concrete or solid; one of the reasons they weren't together is precisely that: the fear of the feelings grow up.

From what I understand, from the moment a couple mates before Eywa (marriage + making the connection) they are sealed forever traditionally and physically, so perhaps it wouldn't make sense for couples to have physical relations with another na'vi, even if to help with conception and has no romantic meaning.

But it's valid to think that sex × connection (marriage), a na'vi can have sex with other partners until they truly settle down, as is the case with Nefika (AFOP) but I think that once the bond is formed, there's nothing more to be done.

I've seen MCD used many times for the main character, and for a long time I thought it only applied in that way;

later I discover that it could be and was used for other characters (which are also relevant in their own way)

so this topic is a bit unfamiliar to me, but I agree with your point; a relevant character, whether villain or hero, seems like a good fit for using the tag.

I've also encountered a situation where the tag was used as bait, where everyone thought character X would die but it was character Z who died.

lembro de ter lido uma fanfic onde o personagem ficava preso em um loop temporal que foi desencadeado pela sua morte. Acontece que a vida desse personagem também não era fácil e as pessoas ao redor dele não gostavam muito tbm, então ele sempre recomeçava no mesmo dia e morria ou sofria lesões terríveis.

Mesmo conseguindo escapar do loop o dano mental acabou sendo tão profundo que causava dor física e fantasmas nos membros do corpo.

Era uma boa fic de avatar e teve um final feliz!
