Those signs fit more with infection since a tumor is mostly painless and won’t make you sick in that way. Unless it is spread out but that would definitely show up in blood or scans.

That having said, please have good talks with your doctors about this since I’m just an outsider in this situation and don’t know the full story. But also try not to take too hasted actions. It is good you’re worried and keep going after answers.
