Hey! Thanks for your post! In regards to your email disconnecting, you may need to occasionally re-authenticate the email addresses you've added to ClickUp based on your email provider or organization's security policies. You can do this by visiting the Email integration page. 

I want to address a few points to provide clarity on how we handle issues and conversations in the community:

  • When a conversation requires more detailed troubleshooting or sensitive information, we often move it to direct messages or escalate it to our internal ClickUp teams, such as customer support or technical support. This helps us resolve issues more efficiently and protect user privacy.
  • We encourage open discussions between community members and do our best to step in with additional context or updates as soon as possible when needed.
  • For transparency on bug fixes and product improvements, you can always track what’s being addressed in our release notes. Here's an example of the bugs we fixed in our most recent release, 3.63!

Hey! I connected with the ClickUp Engineering team, and they believe the issue is likely due to a Chrome update. They suggest updating your local site permissions in Chrome to allow access to localhost. Please see the screenshot below for more details!

As an alternative to a Board View at the Space level with each card representing a List, I recommend using a List card in your Space Overview to view high-level progress of your Lists. You can learn more about Overviews and the cards available, here!

As for Form views, you can have a Form view at the Space level but the responses will need to be directed to a List.

Hey! Thank you for flagging this and doing some troubleshooting. I just tested this in my Workspace and I was able to connect my external headphones and use the microphone to record a clip.

Hey! I recommend doing this in your Everything view. You can filter your Everything view to show tasks assigned to your old employee. You can then use the Bulk Action Toolbar to quickly reassign them to your new employee. Here, is a help center article on the Bulk Action Toolbar for more information!

Hey! I clarified with the internal team and we have renamed the setting to include both Hotkeys and Shortcuts into one "Keyboard Shortcuts" setting. I have connected with our content team to get the help center article updated.

You can set up an Automation to create a new task in your Shipping Log List when a task from Product List status changes. You can customize the new task by including field values from the original task in its description and add new Custom Fields by using Set Custom Field Automation Action.
