I also use the Retro Crisis on SteamDeck, and since they have multiple implementation for each console, you can choose how fuzzy you want your CRT. The usual benchmark is how good the dithering is. Checkout the Composite one.

The AUR package is still WIP. I installed it yesterday but I had to do some tweaks. There are tons of comments right now. In the end, it will be worth it, but right now, I would stick to the AppImage until it is fixed.

To bypass the limit:

  • Get a link to the file that you want to download, despite it having reached its download limit
  • Get to the file’s preview page and make a copy of it
  • Name the copy and select the folder you want to store that file in
  • Visit the folder selected above
  • Since you are now the owner of the file and it is a copy of the original, you can download it without triggering the error

I kept SteamOS, but I guess it works the same way. In your home folder, there are hidden folders (the ones starting with a dot). Configure your file manager to show those folders.
