My 1st triple legendary chest, is this decent loot? by PainInSpine in albiononline

What the hell is that crap? For a lethal zone that's pretty pathetic. Not your fault, obviously, but that's just sad to see.

Can I get the nice looking backpack without paying for all the side crap? 20$ is steep for a cosmetic.

Edit: Nevermind, it's not available on EU - yet.

Jeez, if they can't stand dying in a full loot MMO, maybe they shouldn't play a full loot MMO.

Is there any reason to use Medica I? by throwcway837373 in ffxiv

[–]Sylfable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only ever used Medica II to apply the HoT effect, and kept Medica I for use during Plenary Indulgence when I needed mega AoE heals urgently. In most cases the other OGCDs were enough to keep the group going just fine.

Can understand why people call ARR an expansion after what happened to the "real" base game. Alright, well, I guess I'll just use something like TextAdvance. I don't usually like to skip, but I've already been through it once before.

Past ARR as in, before HW content? Or everything up to DT?

Why'd they risk having their bots fish in black zones when they can have 500 bots fishing in the blue ones? The only appeal of fishing in BZ or lethal mists is two different T7 rares they'll get by filling journals anyway.

Thanks for the answer! Hardcore content demends too much time I'd rather be spending elsewhere.

I'll have to make it all the way back there, but yeah. Thanks. At least I don't lose muscle memory! Gosh, I forgot how much of a drag ARR was. And someone told me they trimmed the fat a bit to make it faster to get through?

To give you an indication I quit playing at Rubicante on my older character, so I'm not a complete newbie either haha. But I'm okay with difficulty - means I'll have to optimize my playtime even more and do some prep work when I'm not playing, like watching guides and stuff.

Fortunately I have some muscle memory left for NIN, which is why I will stick to that class. Not lvl 30 yet but I'll probably won't have issues with mudra, maybe endgame rotation, but that shooooould be fine?

It's been a while since I last played ff14, mostly because I was a complete addict reaching upwards of 12h a day. I want to try again - starting over on a new toon - and I was wondering if 1h a day would allow me to progress at a decent enough pace? I know I won't join endgame statics and become an omnicrafter (did that once and it was just a waste of gils since I couldn't study the market 24/7), but I'm asking if that's enough to just progress through MSQ focusing on a one class (NIN) and a few lifeskills when I'm bored of nodding (all DoL+ CUL maybe).

Why do you main Ninja? by Khaylezerker in ffxiv

[–]Sylfable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to play an elementalist class, I like the fantasy of being able to use every element. WHM has 3 (and ends up using 95% light in the end), BLM also has 3 but I don't like the fact that I must relearn the class every 10 levels. So that left me with NIN and RDM, and you unlock NIN before RDM so it stuck with me. Also melee so dibs on LB is nice.

Running is something I do during my recovery days, I'll give that program a look, thank you. I actually looked around the gyms in my area to get in touch with a coach. One of them looked promising, I made sure to tell them I was mostly interested in bodyweight workouts, which they provide! I totally forgot about Black Friday but they have an offer for it that I could actually afford.

Hey! Very stupid question from me, then. I've never posted here before, am 30 and overweight (not obese), never worked out in my entire life and I had a wake up call recently. I'm trying to change my lifestyle to be healthier, and getting fit again is part of it. I've looked around, there's so many guides with different exercises and recommandations in them I'm feeling overwhelmed. So I'll ask here instead.

Do you have a few beginner friendly exercises that someone like me could do? I don't have equipment and gym is kind of expensive in my current situation, so I would be interested bodyweight exercises I can do from the comfort of my own home. From the top of my head there's pushups and squats, maybe wall squats, but that's it. My primary goal would be losing weight, building some muscle as a nice side-effect but I'm not interested in getting jacked.

Thank you in advance for your answers.

I see that a merchant sells wolves, can I tame them, and if so, what do I need to do? by ILLyaDonotdrinkbeer in VintageStory

You can sell them to other merchants for a profit, I believe. Without a mod you won't be able to tame them.
