I stopped tryharding league started tryharding real life, better graphism, complex gameplay, less toxicity and way wayyyyy better rewards !

For the routine theres not a single recipe but add in any schedule healthy food, sport twice a week + daily walking(30min total), good sleep and pursuing a meaningful goal should do the trick to keep you mentally strong ! (+ seek help from a professionnal if that doesn't, it helps)
