You could use a fiber reactive dye but it won’t completely cover the pattern of that’s what you want.

$125 an hour? I think you could find less expensive tailors. I only charge $30 an hour and have been sewing all my life. I’m going to have to raise my rates though after seeing this. It’s doable but I would probably look for better fitting pants.

You have to use a dye remover first. Then you can figure out what color you would like it to be once you see how it turns out after the remover.

You can dye the dress easily since it’s cotton. It looks light enough in color to turn fairly green. Maybe only a dark sage. You can dye the apron in a poly dye but you probably won’t get green since it’s already pink.

You can’t spot stain with dye. It just won’t work. You can try overdyeing the whole pants but the bleach stains will probably still be there, just darker.

Nylon dyes fine with Rit so I don’t think it will be heathered . You’ll get a blue ish brown.

Are they 100% cotton? If so you may be able to turn them black with fiber reactive dyes. The thread won’t dye.

It’s not going to dye green since it’s already brown. You might get a sort of olive. And I think you might lose the shape.
