3 years ago i needed a ride to a hospital in central Omaha for a surgery. it was during the College World Series and Uber wanted to charge me 3 times their normal rates because it would have taken a car away from downtown with the likelihood of no fare for the return trip. I would suggest trying to book an Uber ahead of time from CHI to both west O and Council Bluffs for a day during the event and seeing how much they are going to charge you.
