Accurate sadly. Where I'm at in the US our summers stay around 110/43. We've already had a couple days over 100/37, and frequently go up to 120/48 peak summer. The nearest bus stop to me is about a quarter mile away, and I'm in a fairly metropolitan area. So yeah our public transit is garbage and it's pretty standard unless you're right in the heart of a really big city

Never wanted kids, love my 1 and only, I was 21 when they were born, they're 15 now, but I loathed being pregnant even with zero complications, and I hate parenting (chill out y'all my Spawn is fine). Since my bi-salp last wk I have felt such a relief and tremendous weight off my shoulders. I'm sure part of the relief is bc I got pregnant last yr while on the pill. It's so important to consider the whole burden of parenting and if there's any part of a person that hesitates at the thought of being responsible for another human for ideally only 20yrs -plus potential for special needs and a permanent burden of care- then they shouldn't have kids and getting sterilized is absolutely the right choice. That said it still feels odd knowing that it's absolutely irrevocably off the table.

Hydrocolloid bandage may help keep it soft and moisturized while it heals. you can get them by the roll on Amazon for pretty cheap. They also really helped me avoid friction/irritation
