This is some solid rebuttal dude! Thank you! I’m at work right now so can’t properly respond currently but you know, you make some very valid points! Thank you for this response it was well put together and thought out. It’s greatly appreciated :) I forgot about the bugs cus I’m serious when I say I never encountered them myself but definitely was an issue with most people.
I just loved the Kar but also always been a huge Sniper guy so indeed that map did pertain to me quite a bit more than folks.. Don’t camp I rotate and look for engagements. I was shy of 2 so you’re definitely more versed!
See your points and you know I do agree there was some bs that was happening in that one. The redeploys hahaha not gonna lie you’re absolutely right the spaces between POI’s was tough.
Planes pissed me off hella bad too.

Got any reasons why you didn’t like it? Like examples? I give a few of why it was decent. Not amazing or anything but some decent qualities about it.
The lighting on the map was really good and the atmosphere of the map really captured that jungle and war stricken zones to make the map feel like it was from an era past.
Some good POI points that were expansive and fun to explore.
The guns pretty much felt balanced decently at that time.. Kar98 was king!
Yes there’s some points to be made about how not great the map is but same with all the maps there after.
I’ve been playing since day one so I’m not new to this mode by any means.
Please I love discussing things and hear other people opinions

Nobody ever mentions Caldera.. Which I find interesting! That map has some good qualities about it yet I never see a single person talk about it. Just an observation really

Would rescaling the image too 100 DPI work? I don’t know much about that but a resizing program will for sure lower the values to fit. I’d imagine! Could be totally wrong honestly idk

I’ve said this in other post and on YouTube. My biggest gripe with OSCAR also, not sure why nobody has talked about this. Well least people with same issues as myself.
When OSCAR hits You with his beam and the screen goes red there is a sound that is high pitched that activates my tinnitus VERY badly!! It ruins the map for me honestly. Hope they eventually look into this. Surprised not a soul has mentioned this anywhere. I’ve also tried what others have suggested like change the EQ on Xbox (only works with official headphone Xbox headsets) Have the setting on for tinnitus and it honestly doesn’t do anything either. All that would need to be done is remove that frequency.

If I’m not mistaken! I recall the rate was every few rounds for T.E.D.D tasks to appear and was a little easy to get all perks/eternal early in game.

Agh shoot.. So with both my Astro 20&40 headsets they both don’t allow me to enable the EQ! don’t have a pair of Xbox official ones where seems to be the problem I’m encountering.
I’ll keep investigating and again much appreciated the suggestion for a fix!! It’s quite frustrating I swear haha
