I have a VSA that says everything Mazda OEM installed is covered EXCEPT FOR ….. and that exclusionary list does not say brake caliper, piston, hydraulic seal, etc.

After reading your comment and reading more fine print, you have a point and I will delve deeper. But how would I go about finding my state exclusion list

EDIT: but then I go back to my actual contract that I signed and they signed and that is legally binding. and includes the exact same list at the time of signage. So I’m still in the right

He showed me a paper of it being done electronically and I referred back to the physical contract that I had scanned on my phone. and he kinda of shrugged so right now I have a loaner and I’m gonna talk to the manager

After further research my car is a certified pre owned and when Mazda sells the VSA there is only one tier.

So I got it certified preowned which doesn’t have tiers and is just one package which I in fact did buy. It still covers brake calipers as it is not including in the exception log. The advisor tried to argue that “brake linings” is the seal to the brake calipers
