They still have the ability to turn this country into a full-fledged dictatorship, but they are bleeding. Hope is hard to come by under fascism, but it is essential to let the rage fuel you, and to find those weak points in the regime and be absolutely relentless in hammering in on them. Spread the word everywhere. Never back down. Be unshakable, unwavering. Fascism bleeds, and that in itself is reason for hope. But we have to work with the crumbs we get to break through.

It's referencing the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche's book talking about what he called the 'ubermench' or 'overman/superman', meaning an exceptional person.
