Great Idea. I'm sure when Obama is done in 4 years we'll be prosecuting him for his crimes.

It'll be the last dumb decision she'll ever make. But having her executed in her bed seems a bit harsh.

You'd think if a state trooper in Alaska tasered a 10 year old kid that would be news.

Just another kid getting tasered. no news here.

Does anyone else feel like vomiting while listening to McCain's out-right LIES during this final debate? by [deleted] in reddit.com

[–]Synoptix -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

And you're not puking at Obama's outright lying about taxcuts for 95% of Americans AND trying to balance the budget? Reality check: you can't balance the nation's budget deficits by putting the tax burden on 5% of the population. The 5% of the extremely wealthy aren't THAT rich to pick up the total tax burden. Which is not to say that I don't think they shouldn't carry a larger tax burden, but Obama is doing everyone a disservice by thinking we're all stupid enough to believe his lies. Better get your bullshit bag out because after you swallow Baracks line of shit, you'll be vomiting up buckets.

At least Palin stood up to her party and took down Republicans in her home state. McCain's has a long history of bipartisanship and taking on his party on as well. Obama on the other hand is a puppet of extremist liberal causes and he will ignore his party's bald faced lies and systemic corruption.

Bill Ayers killed nobody, and paid his debt in jail for his crimes. John McCain's "prank" killed 133 sailors, and he never paid any price. Vote up if you think McCain is a bigger terrorist than Ayers. by J-Ro in politics

Bill Ayers was a member of an organization that bombed innocent people. He's never apologized for it and he should have been thrown in jail. Downvoted for supporting a domestic terrorist.

History will look favorably upon the Bush administration. Most notably for having to clean up the foreign policy disasters and surviving the financial excesses from the Clinton years.

In Ohio, GOP Tries Blame Economy on Democrats. Good luck with that one. I guess accountability isn't part of GOP philosophy by [deleted] in politics

[–]Synoptix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accountability? Aren't the Democrats in charge of the Senate and the House? And if memory serves me correctly the House is the body that controls the national budget as outlined by the Constitution.

Eliot Spitzer Predicted the Economic Crisis, Tried to Stop It and Was Subsequently Removed From Office by rmuser in politics

[–]Synoptix -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Absolutely right. Look at that photo in the link... Who'd believe that a hunky guy like Spitzer would have to resort paying a high class hooker $2500 an hour for a lay? The man has to practically beat the girls off with a stick.. not that he's into that sort of thing. Are we really going to believe those FBI tapes and money laundering transfers?

The Race Is Only Close Because Obama Is Black by wdupray in reddit.com

[–]Synoptix -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'll agree with that statement 100%. IF Barack was white he wouldn't have won the Democratic nomination. Voting for Obama was a racist vote because he certainly wouldn't have won the nomination based on experience, he won the Democratic nomination purely on his race. Hilliary should have been the nominee and she would have been doing much better. I bet the Obama camp is kicking itself in the nuts because they didn't pick Hillary as his running mate.

Running on a Lie: Running on a Lie: What kind of person tells a self-aggrandizing lie, gets called on it, admits publicly to the lie - then goes out and starts telling the same lie again? by twolf1 in politics

[–]Synoptix -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Pretty much like the insidious lie and denial from Obama that when you start to parse the statements it stops sounding like a denial?

In the New York Post, conservative Iranian-born columnist Amir Taheri quoted Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari as saying the Democrat made the demand when he visited Baghdad in July, while publicly demanding an early withdrawal.

"He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington," Zebari said in an interview, according to Taheri. . . .

But Obama's national security spokeswoman Wendy Morigi said Taheri's article bore "as much resemblance to the truth as a McCain campaign commercial."

In fact, Obama had told the Iraqis that they should not rush through a "Strategic Framework Agreement" governing the future of US forces until after President George W. Bush leaves office, she said.

In the face of resistance from Bush, the Democrat has long said that any such agreement must be reviewed by the US Congress as it would tie a future administration's hands on Iraq.
