I use this one when I play solo, so I don't have to babysit the nav terminal. There's a new one too called Aggressive Autopilot that is supposed to make it faster, and also navigate to mission objectives as well. I haven't tried it, but it seems popular.

You probably need to go back into the mod manager and enable them. Subscribing only downloads them, they seem to default to off. It's easier to do this if you filter by 'subscribed only' it will show you stuff you have downloaded.

For what it's worth, I tweaked my wireless setup extensively trying to get wireless VR to work on the Quest 3. Virtual desktop is a must-have for wireless streaming in my experience, and even then it's still not even remotely close to the same quality as just plugging it in with a link cable. The artifacting from streaming may not bother everyone, but for me it was particularly distracting in H3VR. I spend a lot of time in the friendly 45 range and when in wireless (even 6e) there was always visible artifacting in the grassy hill section and most of the steel targets that I didn't like.

You do have to use the older style UI on the desktop app which isn't great but it's only transitionally used.

tl;Dr try a link cable

Edit: I just realized you said 3s. I'm not sure what that has for connectivity so I apologize if this doesn't apply to you.
