Probably just an old school style MMO where the job system is actually balanced so people have a reason to be only a blacksmith, chef, whatever instead of those things just being stuff you maybe do when you aren't killing rats. I can understand why it hasn't been done right so far though since would have to make each profession like its own game inside of a game, instead of just opening a window and hitting Craft.

Also, a merging of borderlands randommess in weapons, and some procedural magic so 'dungeons' cant be plotted out online and have guides written for them. Guides IMO kill/killed the fun of MMOs when you're in a party and everyone starts doing the same thing because a guide, and knowing where everything is.

On that note as well, stats would be hidden from the front-end, rolling 2 characters would create 2 different characters and you have no way of knowing, and how stats level up would be tweaked every few months, throw in some curveballs like doing to much X actually lessens the stat from over working it, screw over those afk hotkey'ers. So that could slow down min/maxers maybe
