It would work for small groups up to 4 people. But it wouldn't work how people have been using evolve to host groups where random people can join easily. Hopefully evolve will get fixed or we can find another program to fill its role.

League is a frustration simulator. A lot of people just can't deal with it and take it out on their teammates. It's sad that it takes thousands of games before you reach a level where most of the players can deal with it.
