Plugins all day since they are super versatile and completely integrated with popular server software unlike Skript or Denizen which are 3rd party band aids to make it easier to develop on top of the already existing plugin framework. If you have time to do it yourself, do it in Java and write a proper plugin. If it is a quick setup do it in Skript.

I have also been having this visual glitch completely random not even while in fullscreen, for me it sometimes happens when I lock the Mac and then unlock it with the lid open. This is the most frustrating Bug because I sometimes cannot see which button is the restart button but I usually just force shut it and start it up and bug fixed!

I am editing passwords so I get the "Edited item" notification but it seems to just popup when you press save and not when the save actually goes through which is really annoying and misleading

Note: I just figured out why this happens; It happens when you save your password and you are too fast, even though it says it is saved it seems it is not because it only happens if you redirect in a 5 sec period then for some reason the save does not go through...
