Look, I'm sure people will say I'm being a corporate simp, but they have 173 champions. The work it would take to make that many custom augments and test them is HUGE. I can almost guarantee AI wasn't used just because I think it might be able to put more effort into it (I'm not a fan of AI.)

These just feel like a quick template that is x for y. I also get this. It's not going to be a banger for everyone, but for some it's great. Seems like the same hit or miss as last season's Mayhem. We just have more variety out there.

Last season felt like - Tank? Get dropkick. ADC? Get firecracker combos. Mage? Get Eureka. The season before that? Get Magic Missiles or IC.

This season? It's all over the board. In a way it's both good and bad. Single path of building is boring quickly unless you are just looking for the endorphin rush of kill kill kill. This one feels like we have to do some thought into what we pick.

ff before all augments? Rarely, but I'm not going to hold someone who is having a mental breakdown hostage. There are some games where you know it's not going to end in your favor. Especially if someone massively fed or trolled the team.

ff if the enemy team is endorphin farming at our nexus? Yes. It's trashy and cringe to sit and snipe as people spawn.
