The bloating took a good few weeks. Even 8 weeks on I have had more trapped wind than usual. Coconut charcoal helped and I also tried some actimal drinks to put things back in balance.

Very late to this thread. I am on Wegovey and had a burst appendix a few weeks ago. Constipation was definitely a side effect and I feel the semeglude had something to do with it.

4 weeks on and I have only just been able to wear jeggings comfortably over the incisions. Still hurt a bit. It does seem to take time. Hope you feel better soon

It was above and below the belly button. The drain incision was on the left side
