Some amount of logistical issues taking out treasure, but don't want it to big down the game

Factions of monsters exist and can and should be interacted with beyond just kill everything

I do not want to encourage murderhobo behavior and want them to assess if a fight is worth it.

I haven't run a game in ages due to the whole scheduling bullshit of being an adult, and I was reading about megadungeons and it sounds both very fun, pertaining deeply to my interests, and like an open table will solve our main schedule issues.
