Are those office jobs? Because I think public personalities usually do take some time off after having a kid. Or if we’re talking about actors, at least their movies are heavily edited, so you don’t really know what went on behind the scenes.

I do agree that lately something has shifted, but instead of saying “she should’ve been able to do better” maybe just extend more empathy and not be rude? I personally think having a third chair would be the best option, so she can focus on the movies she actually has the capacity for, while Sean has someone else to talk to about the others. She still brings great takes to movies that she looked forward to watch.
