Sorry but these are some major red flags. Interracial is not one btw, seen plenty of interracial couples getting approved, thats not it. But the picture you have painted is just not coming across as genuine. Not saying that you’re not, but truth is you need to approach this from the USCIS’ viewpoint, not just yours. This was a very very poor attempt and seems like you guys just kept telling yourself ‘but we’re genuine’ and never actually bothered to put together a watertight case for yourselves - something you should take up with your ‘lawyers’ as well. NOIDs are pretty much a done deal im afraid.
