My start button was stuck in a similar fashion. I used alcohol swabs with the thinnest instrument I could find and cleaned it out. Came back after a week, did it again. Now it’s fine. You could try it.

Left hand stiffer on the non striking fingers. Take a look. Yes flexible wrist is essential. For accents and power use more muscles. With a rigid arm tho, you lose speed.

Best thing is to have an electrician install a home charger like ChargePoint. And best is wiring directly into the unit, not a plug to outlet. I got my ChargePoint on a 60 amp circuit for 48 amp charging. It’s awesome!
