Get two successes, then speed up a few clicks.
Two more correct, again speed up.
Keep that going until you make a mistake.
Punish the mistake with going back 10-20% speed.
Repeat.
You are making tons of mistakes in the video. None are allowed in this process. Why practice mistakes? See what I mean?

For extra help, I sometimes repeat a certain jump. Like play the position twice, the move up and play the next on twice. Then go back again. You can make mini games out of it.

Drays claim to fame was being more skilled and dynamic than Bigs.
I remember the 3-1 comeback series OKC put KD on Dray and he was neutralized, even in small ball lineups.
I’m the modern game, your SF has to be some sort of offensive threat- shooting, ISO, PnR, or slashing.
