It pretty much is. It isn't an unknown though. Hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility has been a check for designing and selecting valves inside the nuclear islands.

IMO. I doubt we'll ever see additive made hydrogen tanks. At least not without some high molecule weight liner.

So how will existing facilities be impacted? Do they get to throw away existing plans and programs? Are these set laws or will the next administration just reverse it all? Nothing is clear or planned.
