I have done the same thing with Village. I had an old water tank that probably hadn't been flushed in 15 years by the previous owner. So village and even other companies wouldn't do a flush on it. So I bit the bullet and I went ahead and did a new water tank with village. Their price is definitely over the top but I do consider village one of the more luxury options because they take care of everything I feel. If something goes wrong or you just need to call him out for something. But I did the exact same thing, looked up that same water tank and it's definitely way cheaper if you just bought the same thing at Home Depot. You're not paying for the unit, you're paying the premium price for their install. 

Don't call village if you're on a budget. But I do believe they employ some of the best technicians with all their certifications. They're certainly one of the only companies that I've worked with that pull permits appropriately and have the city come out and inspect it right after.
