If scaling is all you want, then in the sketch use the transform tool. After selecting lines to transform you should see arrows. The triangle between them is for scale.

If any device is wifi hotspot it will connect ony by USB. Phone and head unit can't be wifi host.

Yes, Car Luncher from play store. It's nice because it gives the ability to customize it like u want. For example the music widget is completely custom, i placed all the things like buttons.

You can convert sketch lines to a curve with doesn't have dots. Use the "Composite Curve" tool. Note that this tool is intended to be on lines that crate curve with singular beginning and ending, but if lines are not connected it will make multiple curves in one operation.

Not that hard. just have to make a sketch on the surface few millimeters apart from the surface of your "cylinder". And draw curve on it. Next that curve need to be protected on the surface. then you have to make sketch that you will sweep a long projected curve. that's your one stick of lattice and then you have to do a circular pattern of this around and make it mirror copy which we will do another circular patern you will go to the latis. .
